1)OPP Film

What Is OPP Film?
OPP, Polypropylene, film is a material with special and unique
thinness, strength, density confirmation transparency, and gloss. It also has excellent moisture proof properties which allows for clear printing using normal inks. This can be used in packaging food, textile products, pharmaceuticals, and miscellaneous goods.

OPP FILM molding products

OPP Film is short for Oriented Polypropylene Film. Oriented refers to the process by stretching the film and arrange PP molecular structure in a certain direction, to strengthen the various mechanical properties.

OPP FILM composition

OPP Film consists of three layers, in order to make it functional, sometimes also use special polymer as the outer layers.

2)Plastic Label

How to protect your label?

In mould labeling is your better solution. And why?

In mold labeling is the use of paper or plastic labels during the manufacturing of containers by blow molding, injection molding, or thermoforming processes. The label serves as the integral part of the final product, which is then delivered as pre-decorated item. Combining the decoration process with the molding process cuts the total cost, but can increase the manufacturing time. The technology was first developed by Owens - Illinois in cooperation with Procter & Gamble to supply pre-labeled bottles that could be filled on the product filling line. This was first applied to Head & Shoulders shampoo bottles.

The label and thin walled container are molded into one perfectly finished integral part. Thin walled injection molded containers and lids are available in highly transparent resins as well as a complete range of colors. This has the additional benefit that the label cannot be removed or scratched off. Tamper evident containers can be made with In Mold Labeling.
