The factory area is 20,000 square meters. over 200 employees,there are more than 20 engineers and more than 50 mold makers. all engineering technical personnel and management personnel are rich experiences for many years.
There are more than 50 sets of equipment in our mold workshop, including CNC machines and EDM machines. more than 40 sets of injection machines in injection molding workshop.
In September 2023, Rainbow acquired a mature and professional forging factory with 28 years experience, there are 80 employees,10 technicians and over 40 sets equipments in this plant, which is mainly engaged in all kinds of standard flanges and non-standard forgings,Elbows,Tees, Pipe fittings and other products, which are used in building industry,electric power industry,machine manufacturing,petroleum industry, metallurgical industry,shipbuilding industry,chemical industry,heating industry and other scenarios.we are experienced for the standard: ANSI, BS, DIN, GB,ISO,JIS,JPI, ASME,UNI,AS...,the material included carbon steel,stainless steel,alloy steel,low-temperature steel(09MnNiD,10Ni3MoVD, 08MnNiMoVD, etc),and special alloys(N08825,C276,etc)....
Rainbow has the completed quality guarantee system. have a special measure office and some testing equipment, and have arranged relevant quality inspection personnel to test every step of the production by IQC, IPQC,FQC,OQC to ensure the every product is reliable quality from the materials into the factory, production to before shipping .
