Programming steps for CNC machining centers

CNC machining centers are used for machining parts, with high efficiency and precision. The first step after determining the machining drawing scheme for the parts is to perform numerical control programming. As a professional manufacturer of CNC machining centers, the following programming steps are available for reference:

1.Analyze based on the machining drawing of the parts

Firstly, analyze the material, shape, size, accuracy, batch, blank shape, and heat treatment requirements of the parts to determine whether they are suitable for machining on a vertical machining center machine.

2.Process processing of CNC machined parts

On the basis of analyzing the part drawings, conduct process analysis to determine the machining plan and method of the part.

3.Numerical calculation

Calculate the action trajectory of rough/fine machining of parts based on the dimensions of the drawing parts, find the process route, and set coordinates to ensure tool position data.

4.Prepare the processing program table

Determine the auxiliary actions and tool paths of the vertical machining center machine tool based on the machining route, cutting parameters, number of tools, and tool compensation.
