What Are The Precautions For Stretching Processing of Metal Stamping Parts
When metal stamping parts manufacturers process stamping parts, it is necessary to use stamping equipment to process the depth of the drawing. The stamping process of forming an open, hollow part through a concave die under the pressure of a convex die is called stretching, and there are several commonly used methods.
I.Panel drawing method
Coated parts are metal stamping parts with complex surface shapes. During the drawing process, the deformation of the blank is more complex. Its deformation ability is deep drawing and expansion.
2.Elliptical drawing method
The deformation of the blank at the flange is called tensile deformation, and the deformation amount and deformation speed change correspondingly along the contour shape. When the curvature is large, the plastic deformation of the billet is also large. On the contrary, when the curvature is small, the plastic deformation of the billet is also small.
3.Step-by-step stretching method
The left side of the original deep drawn product is re stretched to form the bottom of the right ladder. The deeper part deforms in the early stage of drawing, the shallower part deforms in the later stage of drawing, and the sidewall of the stepped part is easily affected by shear stress and deformed.
4.Cylindrical deep drawing
Drawing of cylindrical metal molds with flanges. The flange and bottom are in a planar shape, and the side walls of the cylinder are axisymmetric. The deformation is evenly distributed on the same circumference, and the flange exerts tensile deformation on the blank.
