A Drone Show Showcases Traditional Culture in Hong Kong
On May 11, the Hong Kong Tourism Board held a drone show at the Wan Chai waterfront in Hong Kong to celebrate the upcoming Buddha's Birthday and the Taiping Jiao Festival.
At around 8pm, a thousand drones formed a number of dynamic patterns with traditional festival themes in the night sky of Victoria Harbour, including the Taiping Jiao flower plaque, the lion, and the peace knot. Among them, the three-dimensional Bao mountain about 60 meters high is spectacular and eye-catching, and there is a huge "safety bag" with a diameter of 30 meters at the top of the Bao, wishing citizens and tourists safety and health.
The wonderful performances let the audience experience the innovative integration of traditional culture and modern science and technology, which attracted bursts of admiration. "The color is so beautiful" "the pattern is so realistic" "the picture is so shocking"...... When the aircraft slowly landed, applause and cheers rang out, and the Wan Chai waterfront was filled with a happy atmosphere.
